As the cornonavirus (COVID-19) pandemic progresses, we understand that this brings uncertainty to travel. At Palm Tree Vacation Homes, our guest, homeowners, and employees are our top priority and we are determined to provide answers to any questions you may have.
We have temporarily adjusted our office operating hours but are still taking reservations, all the resorts we manage are open (with certain distancing/mask protocols in place) to check availability head here

Cleaning Guidelines for
COVID-19
We're dedicated to providing a clean and safe resort environment for our Owners,
Guests and Team Members. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Palm Tree
Vacation Homes is operating under a new standard of cleanliness and
disinfection. These elevated standards, built on our already high level of
housekeeping and hygiene efforts, will allow our Guests to enjoy an even cleaner
and safer stay.

Theme Parks & Water Parks
Walt Disney World Resort - All four theme parks and Disney Springs open as of July 15, 2020, with limited hours and operations. Water parks remain closed indefinitely.
Universal Orlando Resort - All three theme parks and CityWalk open as of June 5, 2020, with limited hours and operations.
SeaWorld Parks - SeaWorld Orlando, Discovery Cove and Aquatica Orlando open as of June 11, 2020, with limited hours and operations
LEGOLAND Florida - Theme and Water Park open as of June 1,
2020, with limited hours and operations.
ICON Park - Open as of May 15, 2020, select restaurants, Madame Tussauds
Orlando, and SeaLife Aquarium Orlando only with limited hours and operations.
