Palm Tree Vacation Homes manages a diverse portfolio of properties including 2, 3 bed condos as well as 3 bed townhomes with private splash pools and 4 bed pool homes.
Amenities vary by property, but may include Wi-Fi, cable TV, fully equipped kitchens, linens, towels, and more. Please refer to the specific property listing for details.
Our homes, townhomes and condos are tastefully decorated and fully furnished. The locations are superb and nobody has closer homes to Disney than us, as well as other attractions. The value of these homes is phenomenal, even compared to the higher priced hotels. Its such a pleasure at the end of a long hard day at the theme parks to return to your own private home and relax. All our homes and condos are all well maintained to a high standard and in which we would be very comfortable to stay ourselves. Obviously our pool homes have there own screened in pool and our condos have use of the community pool.
Yes all of our properties are non smoking. Outside smoking is permitted
Check-in is after 4:00pm and Check-out is by 10:00am. Due to our high standards for cleanliness, not all units will be ready for early check-in prior to 4:00pm. We ask for your patience and suggest that you have alternate plans available.
Yes, we require a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property.
Good question. Unlike a room in a hotel, you will find your vacation home extremely spacious, with plenty of room for the whole family. The open-plan kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, and living room are the perfect location for the whole family to get together and talk about their exciting day around the theme parks.
Most of our vacation rentals are located in resort communities, which offers you amenities galore and the highest level of comfort for your vacation dollar. The privacy of a gated community caters to the vacationer's every need! The spacious clubhouse includes a large pools, children's playground, community grilling area, tennis courts, sand volleyball and many more.
